- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each payment method.

- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
- cy444 reserves the right to reject unusual or suspicious deposits.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes.
- Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
- It is recommended to withdraw funds using the same method used to make the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
- It may not be possible to cancel a withdrawal request once it has been finalised.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotional offers from cy444 are subject to the following terms:
- Welcome Bonus: A 120% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.
- The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- A bonus may have a specific validity period — expired bonuses will be forfeited.
- No other bonus may be claimed while one bonus is active unless otherwise stated in the terms.
- Bonuses must be used in good faith — bonus abuse will result in account cancellation.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
In the event of account cancellation, any legitimate and unused funds will be returned; however, bonus funds will be forfeited if the account is cancelled due to a breach of terms.

- Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
- Loss of account information or funds due to user negligence or third-party access.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, etc.).
- Financial losses arising from gaming activity.
